Calcium deficiency in the body
Calcium is such a necessity, the lack of which causes many problems in the body. Many times, due to excessive physical labor, going to the gym and playing sports, pain starts in the bones and joints. Apart from this, often some people start having muscle pain without any reason and this pain does not go away even after taking pills, which is a symptom of the disease caused by calcium deficiency in the body. But it can also be cured to some extent with some home remedies.
Home remedies for calcium deficiency
1.Green and leafy vegetables: -
Green and leafy vegetables have high calcium content, so include broccoli, spinach, cabbage and ladyfinger in your diet.
2.Milk is also effective: -
The use of milk in home remedies is the best and easiest way to overcome calcium deficiency. Drink cow's milk or soy milk in breakfast, apart from this you can also eat cheese made from these milks, it also has high calcium content.
3. Consumption of Amla:-
Amla contains sufficient amount of calcium which increases the body's ability to fight diseases. You can boil it in water or eat it raw.
4. Sesame:-
One teaspoon of sesame contains 80-90 mg calcium, its consumption can fulfill the deficiency of calcium in the body. You can grind sesame and make powder or use it in salad.
5.Dry fruits:-
Eating figs and other dry fruits like almonds, cashews and walnuts, makhana also provides calcium to the body. Eat 2 figs after lunch and dinner. You can also take makhana in milk. Or you can eat soaked almonds.
6. Requirement of Vitamin D:-
It is also useful for absorbing calcium from our daily food. Therefore, if you want to overcome calcium deficiency, include things rich in vitamin D in your diet, such as milk, butter, cheese, fish and egg.
7. Giloy:-
Giloy is considered a panacea in Ayurveda which is beneficial in the treatment of many diseases. If you want to increase calcium in the body, then dry and grind the root or leaves of Giloy and then consume it.
8.Ashwagandha:-
In Ayurveda, Ashwagandha can be used as a medicine to increase calcium. Ashwagandha is rich in natural antioxidants which is also effective in treating diseases caused by calcium deficiency. You can also buy its tablet from Patanjali.
9.Cumin also helps in this.:-
If after adding a teaspoon of cumin in a glass of hot water, when the water cools down, then drink it. By doing this remedy twice a day, the deficiency of calcium in the body starts to be fulfilled.
10.Wheatgrass juice:-
Wheatgrass juice contains vitamins, calcium and many essential nutrients. Drinking wheatgrass juice daily can cure calcium deficiency in the body.
•Avoid intake of excess salt, caffeine and cold drinks, which will make the remedies more effective.
